Additional Information

• Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
• Our courier service providers are DHL eCommerce, Poslaju, Citylink, GDex, and Ninjavan.
• All orders will ship within 2 working days upon payment* unless otherwise stated. Should there be any unforseen circumstance resulting in shipment delays, we will contact you immediately to update on the revised shipment estimation.
• For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail roomThe guarded building will handle the parcel to the guardhouse or management office only.
• If an order returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery after 3 unsuccessful attempts (e.g, receipient failed to reschedule delivery, receipeint out of  the country and etc.), a redelivery charge will be imposed.

*More than 95% parcels  will be attempted to deliver within 2 to 4 working days from the order date (excluding order date on public holiday) during off-peak season. But during peak season, please allow 2 addtional working days excluding delivery exceptions or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
